Scott Anderson
Founder/CEOScott Anderson is the founder of ElevatED Horizons, combining his experience in business, leadership, youth development, and experiential learning.
After serving a two-year mission in Scotland, Scott went on to build a diverse professional background that includes newspaper publishing, sales leadership, entrepreneurship, and team development. He also spent years working with youth through the Scouting program and holds a master’s degree in business.
As a husband and father of five, Scott has always believed in the value of exploration and hands-on experiences. His family has traveled throughout the United States by trailer, creating opportunities to learn, explore, and experience new places together.
That same belief inspired ElevatED Horizons: giving students meaningful opportunities beyond the classroom to explore new interests, build confidence, develop skills, and discover what they are capable of.
David Anderson
Director of Expanded Learning David Anderson serves as the Director of Expanded Learning at ElevatED Horizons, where he helps shape and oversee programs designed to give students meaningful opportunities to learn through hands-on experiences, exploration, and real-world challenges.
With more than 20 years of experience in business, leadership, and financial education, David brings a strong background in developing people, building teams, and helping individuals gain practical skills they can use throughout life. His experience in entrepreneurship and working directly with families has reinforced his belief that some of the most valuable learning happens outside the traditional classroom.
As a father of four, David is passionate about helping students build confidence, discover new interests, develop practical skills, and see new possibilities for their future. At ElevatED Horizons, he helps guide engaging programs focused on culinary exploration, STEM, adventure, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and problem-solving.
Our Team
Lindsey Anderson
Lindsey Anderson holds a degree in Outdoor Recreation and Youth Leadership and has spent years working with youth through outdoor, afterschool, and summer programs.
Her experience includes developing curriculum, coordinating programs, training staff, managing logistics, and helping expand recreation programs into new school districts.
Lindsey brings a strong combination of youth leadership, outdoor education, creativity, and program development to ElevatED Horizons.

Crew Anderson
Crew Anderson is currently completing his degree in Business and brings three years of hands-on experience working with students in after-school, summer, and winter enrichment programs. Through his work with youth, Crew has developed a strong understanding of how to create engaging, supportive environments where students can build confidence, explore new interests, and enjoy meaningful learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom.

Cade Anderson specializes in outdoor recreation and brings experience working with youth through summer soccer programs and active, team-focused environments. With a passion for fishing, camping, rock climbing, and spending time in the mountains, Cade enjoys helping students build confidence, teamwork, and an appreciation for the outdoors through engaging, hands-on experiences.
Director of People & Development Avery Anderson
Avery Anderson serves as Director of People & Development for ElevatED Horizons. She recently graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Human Resources and brings hands-on experience working with youth in after-school, summer, and winter enrichment programs, including rock climbing and skiing activities. In her role, Avery focuses on recruiting, employee development, training, onboarding, and staff support, helping ensure team members are well prepared to create safe, positive, and engaging experiences for students.
